In the afternoon, stop by the famous Château Margaux and take photos before heading to your third guided tour and wine tasting at a 5th grand cru vineyard in the 1855 classification. A wine tasting session follows the visits. After your tasting session, follow the castle road to see some of the most famous chateaus of the region, such as Chateau Margaux or Chateau Palmer.

The Medoc area covers approximately 5,700 hectares of declared vineyards, producing an average 300,000 hectoliters of wine per year. Of the grape varieties permitted, 50% of the viticultural area is planted with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, and to a lesser extent Petit Verdot and Malbec. Also allowed within the AOC regulations are the varieties Cabernet Franc and Carménère. After your tasting sessions, follow the castle road to see some of the most famous châteaux of the region, such as Chateau Margaux, Chateau Palmer, or Chateau Pichon Longueville.

Enjoy a tour and wine tasting experience at the Chateau Haut Breton Larigaudiere winery near Bordeaux. Nestled in the prestigious appellation of Margaux, you will discover the secrets behind the elegance of this region's wines. Learn about the history of winemaking, and taste locally-produced wines. After being welcomed at the reception, your experience begins with a tour of the property and an explanation of its history. Continue to the fermenting room, where your guide will explain the winemaking process, then visit the barrel cellar to talk about wine aging. The tour will be followed by a guided tasting of several wines (depending on the option) from the Margaux appellation.

9:00 AM: Meet your guide in the center of Bordeaux and drive to the Medoc wine region. They'll talk to you about Bordeaux wines during the journey to the chateaux.                                             10:00 AM: You will be welcomed at a beautiful winery château. Walk around the vineyards and cellars, learn about the estate’s wine making processes and finish by indulging yourself in various wine tastings paired with an aperitive platter made with dry sausage, cheese and dark chocolate.                                                11:15 AM: Stop in front of Château Margaux to take some pictures and enjoy the chateau route with some explanations of your guide about the chateau you will pass by .                                                12:30 PM: Back to Bordeaux.

1.45 pm Meet your guide at Rustic Vines shop located "26 rue de la devise", in Bordeaux downtown and drive to Médoc; 2.30 pm First stop at a winery for a visit of the estate followed by a wine tasting; 4 pm Guided visit and wine tasting session at a 2nd Château of Margaux Appellation; 5 pm Drive back to Bordeaux; 6 pm Drop-off at Rustic Vines shop, time to say goodbye to your guide and share good tips.
