Well organised and went to plan

Well organised and accompanied throughout Negatives - told mobile tickets and then asked the evening before to print off (our hotel had facilities but others might not) Tour was shorter than planned and expected. We made it clear we were not getting the train back that day so unsure why the tour onsite was only 2 hours

The experience of using a guide that has a long family lineage and experience growing up in the Sacred Valley/Machu Picchu area brought the tour in Machu Picchu alive for us … he was extremely knowledgeable and communicated with us in both Spanish and English … and fielded all kinds of questions from us

Erick our guide was super personable and gave us all kinds of information. Our questions were also answered brilliantly! Thanks for the experience! Tip from my friend and me: Book the tour for the afternoon. There are a lot more people in the morning.

The email communication was terrible, very poor follow up to questions (including an apology for responding after our paid trip for logistics before the trip).

Very good arrangement. Picked up at the hotel, followed to the bus. Very good guide. Machu Picchu was amazing. recommended
