First of all, our guide was incredibly friendly and well informed about Madrid and its history. Accordingly, he told us interesting facts and stories about the city at the different sights (like the Retiro Park, the Plaza Mayor, the Royal Castle and more) and also in between every now and then. Our guide also made sure that we had enough time to take pictures and look at everything in peace. He also assisted in taking photos and group pictures if we were interested. and to see everything we wanted. The bikes we used were of excellent quality and in perfect condition. We had no problems with them and were able to ride comfortably through the streets of Madrid.

A really enjoyable day with an excellent guide right from the start to the end of the day. She provided lots of interesting information in her commentary in four languages. Good stops to admire the views and a very nice lunch in the National Park (one of the best we have had on a Canary Islands excursion). One of our party is a vegetarian and has a gluten intolerance the guide ensured that her requirements were catered for.

Great guide, well informeel, Good contact with Group especially belgians ;-) One critic: for elderly People stairs are painfull. So mounting the hill to where the water came in from the river didn’t inform us, delivered no beautiful views and felt absurd: mounting up the hill and straight thereafter going down again.

Havier was an excellent, well informed guide who demonstrated his own passion for the history of the Cathedral and Alcazar through his descriptions and stories. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3hrs with him and would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Seville.

We had a wonderful tour of Seville by bike, thanks to Malék, who offered information and insights, with a little humour. He was a friendly and warm guide, and took us through the streets with no incident.
