What people are saying about Vienna State Opera

Overall rating

I had 5 hours layover in Vienna and took the red line. It allowed me to have, at least, an overview of the town and its renowned figures. I will take it again one another time to really hop on and off, so to discover deeper about the city. The only downside is the non stop valse music accompanying the audio guide. If one can choose between putting the background music on and off, it would be perfect.

Incredible tour! Charles (if i spell it correctly) made it all! unfortunately it is very short, 1 hour only, but the amount of information he gives is impressive. One small unpleasant incident was that Get Your Guide forgot to inform me that the pick up location has changed (due to road closer), but luckily, eventually i managed to find the bus.

We had a fantastic couple of hours with Lothar, who was an excellent and very knowledgeable guide. The scooters are really easy to use, and you can cover a lot of ground quickly, but very safely. I really recommend doing this tour early in your trip so you can work out where you want to go! Thanks Phil & Zoe from England
