This was a fun easy excursion from Salzburg. The salt mine tour guide only spoke German. We were given audio devices to hear the tour in English. I could tell we were missing a lot by not understanding the live tour guide. The tour included a mine train and two slides as well as a funicular. At the end of the tour we were taken to Berchtesgaden for lunch. The round trip took a little more than 5 hours. My only complaint is that the GetYourGuide directions to the meeting point were wrong. We luckily figured it out before we missed the bus. I am sure GetYourGuide would blame the tour company and visa versa. My point is that someone needs to own the problem and correct it. The directions in app need to be accurate.

The tour is excellent. Just the kind of tour when you enjoy not only the locations you visit, but absolutely all the way to them. The views of the Alps are incredible. Salzburg is interesting and beautiful, but it's hard to talk about the Alpine lakes - you need to see it. I also liked the work of the guide, a very professional and interesting woman. I would really add a visit to Hallstatt to this tour - it is too close to the visited locations. But the overall impression is excellent. Thanks to the organizers.

The tour was amazing. We booked from the states. The meeting place was incorrect, as well as the name of the company. Very frustrating to try to find the correct meeting point. Had to use international phone numbers to clear up the issue. It was a difference between Salzburg siteseeing and Panoramic site seeing. It was not the fault of Panoramic, but the communication with Get your Guide and Salzburg siteseeing. The tour itself was great! Peter was a great tour guide. Bus was comfortable.

We spent the entire day here. Had a great, lengthy and very enjoyable self guided tour of an amazing Medieval fortress , followed by a fantastic meal at the fortress, followed by a concert of Mozart music performed by a really talented string ensemble. Whadda day!! Don’t miss it.

Had a wonderful day at Salzburg. Elisabeth was a great guide. She shared the most fascinating facts and stories about Austria and Munich and she made sure everyone on the tour was accounted for.
