It was an amazing day! We had a rainy day yet Riki made it super fun. It was a small group of Riki, my friend, and I. When we hopped in the van he explained the history of Wales and why Cardiff was made the capital. He kept the conversation going with all kinds of facts and stories. At one point if the trip my friend and I tried to stump him with our questions, he was not phased and answered all our questions and then some. We all ate at a small pub he recommended some sandwiches and they were very good. We continued our journey stopping at really good photo spots for my photographer friend. It was a 10/10 day and the rain did not ruin anything.
Gillian, a lovely local lady, picked me up at my hotel on time. We strolled through the city. She showed me many gems I would have not discovered on my own. Gillian has a broad knowledge on Welsh culture, history and cuisine. Gillian also added some extra-time as she wanted to show me everything I was interested in. Its was great to travel with 2 kids and hasslefree.All the drivers were very polite and helpful,we travelled on the bus for 2 days.I would definitely recommend it to fellow travellers as it is worth every penny for the cost and the experience of viewing the city in an open bus❤
