What a great experience! The staff was spectacular!! They were energetic, friendly, quick to offer assistance, and very knowledgeable. The animals were treated well, and with respect. The lunch was tasty. The facilities were clean and well cared for. My daughters loved the time spent with the dolphins, and holding the lovebirds. All of the animal shows were informational and entertaining. We enjoyed time swimming in the reef, and at dolphin beach. The waterslides were fun as well. Kudos to the staff at Ocean World for creating a very positive, memorable experience. Time and money well spent!!! Thank you!!!

Our guide, Antonio, was absolutely amazing. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and just overall a pleasure to be around. I would highly recommend him to anyone visiting Puerto Plata, wanting to get a real feel of the city. Jose, our driver, was such a joy to be around and made us feel safe driving around the city. They both made us feel so welcome and gave us a true experience for the city. Thank you both so much!!

First I was at the wrong location (second gate, hotel lobby should have been the pick up point) Antonio was really like my own personal guide educating me about the history of Puerto Plata. Cable car was great and there was never a shortage of rum!

The dolphin swim exceeded our expectations! The guides were amazing with Niagara! We loved the dancing, hugging, kissing & boogyboard. Everything was well organized. A place for shoes & keys; lockers available.

Flying the zip lines and jumping down the falls was a great experience
