Very good customer service We were visiting London with our children when suddenly British museum went ‍♀️ The had of the travel company called us back, explained the situation and moved the tour to a convenient day for us. He did everything to get us on the tour. We then met him at the museum, a very nice young man. Tour guide Daniel is a gem! Many thanks for his work and knowledge. Real professional! He was attentive to the interests of our girls and showed them the most interesting halls and artifacts. He held the attention of children aged 9 to 11 for 2.5 hours!!! The girls listened to Daniel with their mouths open. To be honest, so are we We will definitely use the services of this company again. And we definitely recommend individual excursions with David for families with children. He's incredible!

Richard was very informative and easy to hear. We wouldn’t have understood the meaning of this and for sure wouldn’t have been in best viewing locations. Richard also suggested a pub for lunch which we thoroughly enjoyed. Would definitely recommend.

Nathan was really knowledgeable, had great stories, and gave us all the ideal places to watch the changing of the guard. Learned a lot and would highly recommend!!

Daniel was an excellent guide, he kept us engaged during the tour, even our children had so much fun!
