What people are saying about Plimoth Patuxet Museums

We enjoyed our trip to Plimouth Patuxet Living History Museum. The staff are in character and tell you about how they live and work in their new home. We saw a musket demonstration which my son really liked. The inside museum was worth visiting too. The man who checked us in at the ticket counter was helpful and very nice. We had a good experience and would recommend it to others.

We loved “chatting” with the locals in their vernacular. Our grandkids enjoyed being a part of the muster. The grounds were beautiful and the view from the top of the village to the water was beautiful.

The map they give you has attractions 1-5 but it’s a little confusing. All trails loop back on each other so there’s no real risk of getting lost, maybe just turned around.

This is a really cool experience and a fun to do with my 10-year-old. It was fun for myself as well.

Excellent facilities, friendly and professional staff
