Michele was very professional with directions and timing. She provided a lot of information in a very structures way that will benefit bot beginner meditators and those who had some experience. Michele also provided some advice on local hikes and things to do/see. I recommend using Michele. Beautiful experience!

Eric, our guide, was great! He is very knowledgeable and accommodating! Doing both Sedona and Grand Canyon is a day is the best way to see Arizona if you have limited time.
