    Take an evocative, fascinating tour down the Appian Way, one of the first streets in Rome. The Ancient Appian Way is also known as the “Queen of the Streets."

    It crosses the famous Parco degli Acquedotti, an important biological corridor in Rome’s city center, which tells the tale of the history of water in Rome and its related engineering works. In fact, six ancient Roman aqueducts converge here.   The rest of the tour takes you down a route that evokes the best of the region’s history, culture and art.

    Ride on a top-notch and smooth e-bike on a 2,300-year-old meadow and relive the history of the great empire, crossing a unique landscape full of ancient footprints, imperial mansions, statues, tombs, and the St. Calisto Catacombs.

      This excursion exceeded our expectations. Our guide, Fabrizio was really excellent. He brought excellent knowledge and history and provided many opportunities for discussing what we were seeing and taking pictures. The e-bikes made the ride super easy. You feel like you are cheating. It was a great day.

      Great experience! An adventure to bike in gardens, down paths, and explore inside and outside of Bella Roma. I was worried it would be too hot or too challenging but the bikes helped you peddle up hills and there were plenty of shady spots to cool off. Definitely something that I will never forget. Thank you to Starbikes and Marici, our tour guide, for an unforgettable experience.

I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants a more unique experience in Rome, and is comfortable on a bike. The ride started, and ended going through the busy, narrow streets of Rome.
