Our tour guide was amazing! So knowledgeable and engaging. The tour is so interesting - sad and surreal. It gives you a true insight into the lives of the people in the camps at that time. The guide was really good at delivering facts and information about the inhumanity without making it too overwhelming. Throughout the tour we were overcome with feelings of both respect and sympathy for the innocent people who lived in the camps.

Our guide , Magda, was great. She kept us informed with the slight time change and gave us clear instructions on where to meet here. She was very knowledgeable and kept a good pace during the tour. I feel like the tour spent the right amount of time on the exhibits and I left feeling like I experienced everything that I should have. I highly recommend.

The visiting time was slightly changed, but on the spot it turned out that we did not have to queue at the ticket office and it was very long and only late visiting hours were available. We had a very good guide, the pace of sightseeing was quite fast. I recommend this option.
