Andrew actually experienced 9/11 as his home is close by so he has an interesting story to tell. The tour outside of the World Trade Center and in skyscrapers adjacent to it offered unique perspectives of the events surrounding 9/11. Andrew was careful to not duplicate the museum and observatory experiences. He also has a good sense of humor. Communication with the tour company was excellent with the tour exceeding my expectations.

I really enjoyed the tour. This is going to (maybe) sound strange. Let me explain -- It was a day of good emotion and reminder, as it caused me to re-live the day. The pictures shown and informational details provided were authentic to what really happened that day and in the USA. It will provide very real description and accurate information about that day -- and not just tour-operator guesses. This is an excellent lead-in to the Museum, which you will be able to do on your own. When done, you will have either re-lived the day's feelings, importance and shock or have a very good idea of what authentically happened that day.

The rise from the ashes of 911 is something else to behold. There is a sense of triumph over the tragic, morbid and ignominious past. It is a reminder of how much harm deranged and ideologically lost people can do. It is a monument to the spirit of the American people and a message of hope to never again endure the same tragedy.
