Make sure to download the app before you arrive and bring earphones. It’s an emotional experience. An amazing tribute to all the first responders and all who lost their lives.

The 9/11 museum is great, but if you want to buy a ticket, buy it directly from the museum's website. GetYourGuide charges $4 more and doesn't offer as many entry times.

Great hassle free pass, I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting New York wanting to visit a few tourist attractions

Wonderful monument to a terrible occasion. Well worth the time. Very moving.
