    This package offers a special combination of a morning-guided city tour and an evening desert safari experience. Begin your day exploring the vibrant city of Abu Dhabi and conclude it amongst the calming views of desert sand dunes. Relax between activities in the comfort of your accommodation. The morning Abu Dhabi city tour begins with a visit to the divine Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. Marvel at the structure and the gold, marble, stone, and crystals used to design the mosque. See how as one of the largest mosques in the world, approximately 40,000 people can be accommodated at the same time.

    Afterward, visit the Heritage Village, a reconstructed Emirati village, and get a glimpse into the traditional Bedouin way of life. Next, drive to Saadiyat Island and Yas Island. See the Yas Marina circuit that has hosted the Formula One Abu Dhabi Grand Prix since 2009. Drive past the Corniche and admire the scenic beauty of the Arabian Sea.

    Take a brief photo stop at Abu Dhabi’s iconic Emirates Palace. Conclude your morning tour with a stroll through a dates market. In the afternoon get picked up for your evening desert safari in a 4-wheel drive vehicle.     Know before you go

    • It is not possible to visit the Sheikh Zayed Mosque during any Islamic festival or holidays
    • In mosques, women must wear long loose clothing and cover their arms, legs, and heads. The local partner can provide an Abaya (a long black dress attire) with a scarf, that must be returned. Men must not show above their knees and must cover their shoulders (the local partner cannot provide clothing for men)
    • Failure to adhere to the strict dress code will result in refused entry
    • Tattoos must be covered
    • Tanoura dance and belly dance are not be available during Ramadan and some UAE public holidays
    • It is recommended not to eat 2-3 hours before the safari trip to avoid any sickness during dune-bashing
    • Infants (under 3 years old) are not allowed in the car during the dune-bashing activity
    • Dune-bashing is not allowed for pregnant women
    • Any damage, injuries or items lost during the sandboarding or the optional quad bike are not covered by the local partner

    The city tour only gives you a brief tour of the different places, if you just want to know that they exist, that's fine, however our guide tried to give us information about all the places and was very kind. The desert part is excellent, very fun and interesting because of the different activities you do. The latter highly recommended. Our guide Shafeel was a very good driver in the sand.

    In general, this is a good tour and a great way to spend a whole day in Abu Dhabi if you are there for a short visit. You will experience the main attractions and do so in a comfortable setting. The day started with the tour bus picking me up at my hotel promptly at 9am. The first stop was the grand mosque. We spent an hour in the mosque, which is beautiful and worth the experience. The tour guide was very helpful and informative. For the rest of the city tour, we drove around Abu Dhabi in a bus and drove past some of the key city attractions. The Desert Safari was also a very pleasant experience. We drove along the sand dunes in an SUV and ended up at the camp where there were several options of activities, including camel rides and quad bikes, both at extra cost. Sandboarding on the adjacent sand dunes was complimentary. A complimentary buffet dinner followed, including some entertainment (traditional dancers and music). I was then dropped off at my hotel at 9pm well satisfied.

    This was a full day. The morning tour finished with 30 minutes spare to get ready for the second tour. The city tour was informative and the mosque was beautiful this took up most of the time with brief visits to other sights. The afternoon/evening tour was again enjoyable. The bbq was very good.
