The digital ticket works perfectly and you don't have to wait in line (the queues at the ticket offices are already very long). It's a pity that you can't get the free tickets for children online in advance. We therefore booked an adult ticket for our daughter so that we do not have to queue. Unfortunately, the audio guide is very lengthy, so it makes little sense to use it with children.

Using the south entrance is the way to go. Arrive as early as possible as large crowds gather quickly. The audio guide is a bit flawed. If you pause then it always resets to the start of the tour no matter where you are. The English version was difficult to understand.

I had made an error on my booking and when I showed up at the wrong date, I called the office and they were excellent and adjusted my date. The rep had waited until I was able to access my e-vouchers on the phone while he waited. Such excellent customer service!! Really appreciated that. The only thing I was disappointed with was the audio guide. I was actually expecting earphones headsets , but this is all done in your phone. Because my family doesn’t purchase Greek cellular as we only have it in one phone, it was difficult that we could not listen to the audio guide , not to mention that it would drain our phone battery .
