Your first winery is the beautiful and historic Château Yaldara, home to not only some of the finest Shirazes in the region but to some of the best-preserved period architecture in the state.  Continue through the picturesque surroundings of the Barossa Valley, and cross the iconic Jacobs Creek. Enjoy time to explore the shops and attractions of the historic township of Tanunda. Indulge with some of the Barossa’s most internationally acclaimed wines at the beautiful Peter Lehmann Winery with a platter of the best meats, cheeses, and freshly baked bread. Head on to the beautiful Lambert Estate, where you will be hosted by one of their wonderful cellar door team. Be guided through a tantalizing range of red and white wine varieties. It's then time to depart for the final winery for the day, as you visit the iconic Wolf Blass with its state-of-the-art Visitor Centre. Afterward, take a scenic drive through the Barossa Valley, where you’ll stop in Lyndoch at the Kies Winery. Famed for its prolific production, enjoy a wine tasting alongside lunch at this family-run vineyard. With your palate piqued, head to more wineries and a chocolate factory, capping things off at Maggie Beer's Farm Shop. Return to your accommodation in Adelaide around 5:15 PM, just in time to reflect on the sights and tastes of the day over dinner.

Join this full-day small-group tour featuring some of Adelaide's finest experiences, including a visit to the German settlement town of Hahndorf and two wine tastings. Pickup is available from selected locations around Adelaide CBD. Tour itinerary: Depending on your selected pickup point, you will be collected at around 9:00 AM. The tour starts with a city highlights tour. As you get your bearings, learn about Adelaide's history and gain some insider secrets from your tour guide, the must-dos, the places to visit, and the best restaurants at which to enjoy Adelaide's finest food. Traveling out of the city, the tour takes you to visit the iconic Adelaide Oval (events permitting). Then, head through picturesque North Adelaide, scattered with stunning Federation architecture and lavish homes. Be sure to have your camera ready because the next stop is a spectacular view of Adelaide from the summit of Mount Lofty. From Mount Lofty, it's on to Hahndorf. The German settlement of Hahndorf is an absolute delight. With its abundance of boutique shops and eateries, there's plenty to explore as you enjoy 2 hours of free time to do whatever you please. Meet the bus back at Bus Stop 54 on the main street of Hahndorf. Climb back on board, sit back, relax, and enjoy the short but scenic drive through the heart of the beautiful Adelaide Hills en route to the iconic wine tasting region of McLaren Vale. Once you arrive at McLaren Vale the first stop is the stunning Chapel Hill Winery. Have your taste buds primed and your camera poised as your host at Chapel Hill tantalizes you with a wonderful wine tasting experience at their picturesque cellar door. From Chapel Hill, you'll wind through the stunning countryside, with grapevines and sea views as you head to the next winery, the quaint Shingleback Winery. This Wine tasting is really relaxed and you'll get to enjoy a structured tasting of Shinglebacks finest wines. If you're peckish, you can purchase a cheeseboard to enjoy with your wine. Now the tour heads back towards Adelaide, but taking the scenic route. Gaze out at the Adelaide coastline as you journey towards the final destination of the day, Adelaide's beautiful seaside suburb of Glenelg. There are two options here. Either take a 20-minute stroll to check the place out and hop back on board or stay and make your own way back on the tram.

On the day of your flight, your pilot and crew will meet you approximately 2 hours before sunrise - the time varies throughout the year - at the reception center. Once everybody is assembled and signed in, your pilot will give you a briefing before you board a comfortable 4WD towards the best launch site for the morning. Don't forget to bring your cameras as there will be some amazing photo opportunities along the way. The Barossa Valley is famous for having some of the most gorgeous landscapes in all of Adelaide. Once you arrive at the launch site, your pilot and crew will inflate the balloon ready for take-off. You are welcome to join in with the preparation. This whole process takes about 30-40 minutes. Jump on board, and after one last briefing and then it’s up, up and away! Wave goodbye to the crew, they will follow on the ground and meet you when you land. Time to relax and take in the amazing 360⁰ views. Experience the peace and beauty of floating over the countryside as the sun is rising. You will fly for about 1 hour before landing somewhere downwind. Once you have landed your crew will meet you and it’s time to pack the balloon away. Feel free to join in the fun, or stand back and take the opportunity to take a few more photos. Hop back in the comfy vehicles and head back to the reception center for breakfast. The morning ends with a delicious Barossa breakfast back at the reception center with a view over Penfolds Stonewell vineyards. Relax and chat with your fellow passengers and pilot about the morning's events, whilst sipping sparkling wine and indulging in the best Barossa produce.

At the beginning of this 4-hour activity you’ll be picked up in central Adelaide and transferred to the summit of Mount Lofty. At 710 meters, it is the highest point in the Mount Lofty Ranges and offers stunning views of Adelaide, the Adelaide Hills, and the plains below. From here it’s downhill all the way back to Adelaide! It’s just a short ride though Cleland Conservation park to your first stop of the day, at Cleland Wildlife Park. You’ll have a chance to explore at your leisure and feed or pet kangaroos, wallabies, emus and many other native animals. You may even have the chance to pet a koala! Enjoy morning tea while relaxing in the natural surroundings. On leaving the wildlife park, you can enjoy the best part of the whole trip, which is the ride through Cleland Conservation Park. It’s all downhill with a mix of some fun rough sections, other nice flat sections, and some fast bits! You’ll definitely see wild koalas as you ride through this stunning place. After approximately 10 km you’ll arrive in the suburbs of Adelaide, and enjoy a final spin along some quiet backstreets, past some lovely houses and suburban parks. When you reach Victoria Park you’ll have a great view of the summit of Mount Lofty, where you started out 3 hours and 18 km ago!
