Explore the lively wetlands where the pelicans, cormorants and water birds live. See kangaroos, emus, dingoes, wallabies, Tasmanian devils and many more! Get up close to Australia’s iconic Koala! Your entry fee includes the ‘close-up’ experience where you can meet, touch and photograph one of the park’s cutest inhabitants while listening to the keepers who care for them. For an additional fee (no pre-booking), you have a unique opportunity to hold a koala and have a professional photo taken at the same time. Engaging with the park’s friendliest inhabitants provides a truly immersive experience. The best way to get up close to the kangaroos, wallabies and potoroos is by hand feeding them with the animal food provided. Don’t forget to save some for the emus and waterfowl as you make your way around the park. The Ocean to Outback Interpretive Centre provides an opportunity to learn about South Australia’s diverse ecosystems whilst viewing the nocturnal animals, small mammals and reptiles – you may even choose the reptile hold experience!

What people are saying about Adelaide Hills

Very nicely arranged and paced. Maybe we were lucky, coz we had a wonderful driver/tour guide - Tom who was hilarious, and very knowledgeable, plus a super smooth driver. We visited a few places we were not actually expected to visit. The wine tasting at McLaren Vale was amazing too! Tom certainly played a big role in making our experience more memorable and enjoyable. In all, a very nice day tour that I feel that I can highly recommend.

Tour guide was really informative and very passionate about Adelaide so it was great to listen to his enthusiasm! Hahndorf was a lovely town to visit and the wine tastings were amazing. A lot was packed into one day, but I feel we still had a good amount of time in each place

Fantastic driver who was a great guide and we're lucky to have a good group. Both wineries were fantastic and was overall a great tour to do early in your trip to get a few ideas of where to go in your next few days

Fantastic day with personal guide Singla in a lovely car. Activities and times tailored to our request fun and interesting. Highly recommend!
