The customer service we received throughout the whole day was top notch! From the check-in counter, to the boarding process and the entire crew. The Captain was also very knowledgeable and explained things very well so it was easy to understand. I learned a lot about the nature, animals and history of the area from him. He made a great effort to find wildlife and gave us lots of time watch each one. This company knows how to hire great people. Well done! The boat itself was also very clean and comfortable.
