    We did a 20 minute flight the whole crew there are excellent the pilot is very knowledgeable and it is pretty obvious he loves his job My lil Miss is from Thailand this was her first helicopter ride , our pilot wasn’t sure she liked the flight,but after the flight both her and son were like I will do that again And the reason she will do it again is because of the pilot’s professionalism Thanks again absolutely fantastic and worth the money Glen and Auy and Fiat

    Awesome tour, My husband and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Ellie (our tour guide) was very friendly and professional and went above and beyond to book my husband and I into the SkyBistro (which she didn’t have to do) so that we could have a romantic dinner together,We also left our bags in the bus at the bottom of Sulfur Mountain and our bags were brought to us (which they didn’t have to do) we were so happy she could do this for us. The snowshoe walk on lake minnewanka was jaw droppingly beautiful and after that Ellie made us a hot chocolate which was just perfect. Ellie and Brad (the driver) were funny, knew their stuff and my husband and I are so happy with the tour.

    Begin the adventure at Villeneuve Airport, located about 20 minutes northwest of the city of Edmonton. Arrive at the facility and receive a short information and safety briefing before takeoff. Use a noise-dampening audio headset equipped with a microphone so you can communicate with the pilot and your group during the flight. Soar above the city of Edmonton to get a different perspective on its sights and attractions.     Treat yourself to a Heli Snowshoeing Adventure in the Canadian Rockies and see them from a different perspective. Then, your pilot will land at a high alpine meadow with over 2 meters of snow or at the at the confluence, where Cline River and Waterfalls Creek meet.     Had the greatest helicopter and snowshoe adventure last week! Everything was perfect, including the hot lunch afterwards. This is an experience to remember! I would highly recommend to all adventure seekers.

    Embark on a hiking tour by meeting your guide at Rotary Friendship Park. From there, depart on a short 15-minute drive to the trailhead (vehicle required).  Explore the narrow-walled creek bed which twists and turns for many kilometers. Reach a fork in the creek bed as the smooth limestone walls get steeper and steeper. Head right to see a glistening waterfall.  Discover ancient, indigenous pictographs hidden in the cave walls and learn about the history that has almost been lost in time. The tour is offered in the summer and winter.  In the winter, ice cleats and hiking poles are supplied. Exploring the canyon in the winter is a very unique and rewarding experience. Go deep into the canyon with your ice cleats allowing you to go into more unexplored areas.

    Our guide was super informative and his relaxed demeanour was very enjoyable and appreciated. He knew his stuff and you could feel his passion for Grotto Mountain and it’s history.

    Enjoy the drive from Banff in a modern minibus after your friendly guide picks you up from the meeting point. You'll take the scenic drive to Grotto Canyon in Canmore, a local's secret. On arrival at the Grotto Canyon trailhead, your guide will show you how to put on ice cleats over your winter boots, as well as give you some tips on winter hiking.  From here, you'll start the moderate 2.1 kilometer hike along the frozen creek bed through the narrow canyon to the spectacular icefalls. Walk directly on the ice and on the creek bed floor for a unique view of the canyon.  Your guide will point out the stunted pine forest and hidden ancient native pictographs, which were likely created by Hopi visitors from the Arizona region. Learn more about First Nation history in the Bow Valley. Warm up with hot chocolate and maple cookie snack before hiking back.
