San Francisco Self-Guided Bike Rental

1. San Francisco Self-Guided Bike Rental

Bike the Golden Gate Bridge to Sausalito and Tiburon. The most popular route will begin at Fisherman’s Wharf by the Powell/ Hyde cable car turnaround. Cruise along the car free national park bike path on a mostly flat bike ride through the Aquatic Park, Fort Mason, the marina and Presidio National Park to the base of the bridge, where historic Fort Point is located. Once there, most people choose to grab a bite to eat, relax, shop and enjoy Sausalito’s famously wonderful weather. From there, the ride will only get better. Cruise by a funky houseboat community through the marshlands and into historic Old Mill Park in Mill Valley, where you will be able to see California’s famous Redwood trees at the base of Mount Tamalpais. Continue along a gorgeous waterfront bike path to the quaint fishing town of Tiburon, where you’ll find more great bayside restaurants and shops. What people are saying about Alcatraz

Our tour guide Mark was very friendly and knowledgeable. He incorporated story telling throughout the tour about the history of the city and sites as well as current facts. The route was a little challenging (mix of riding on the trail and road next to cards). It's work getting an e-bike, there are a lot of hills. Overall, the route and stops were fun and enjoyable. Sausalito was also a great was to end the trip. Lots of restaurants and great views.

Our principal tour guide was very knowledgeable, and he explained everything from A to Z, another tour guide was a girl who stayed with me and my husband since I had problems on how to manage the electric bike, bikes were in good condition, and we enjoyed the views. We enjoyed food at Sausalito. 2715 Hyde Location

Beautiful scenery biking to Sausalito. Would recommend getting the E bike to allow biking back across the Golden Gate Bridge to explore goals in great Park.

Fantastic day, very knowledgeable guide kept us informed and entertained. Truly an incredible experience!

Mark was a great guide sharing exciting stories while biking.
