2nd time we have been in this activity. Cuckoo very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Great time off road and learning about natural resources, fruits, cork etc. Distillery was excellent and very interesting. Lunch tasty and relaxing. Then the fresh water spring at the end, is a great way to finish the day. Excellent value for money.

I went in the half day excursion instead of full day offered by the same company. Filipe was very helpful and kept in touch before the trip every step of the way. I felt I was in good hands. On the day, it was nice to meet fellow UK travellers and experience the fun of riding in a jeep with the roof off. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience exploring the Portuguese countryside, learning about the locals, history and produce as we went along. Our tour guide Miguel (with the glasses), was awesome. He made us feel very welcome and even taught us how to use our cameras to get great pictures! The south of Portugal is a beautiful place to see with lots of luscious greenery. It was an honour to see this side of it .

No problems with contact and pickup. Paulo was a very attentive and knowledgable guide-kept stopping to pick us herbs, etc to smell and taste in between very informative explanations of the things and places we saw. He was concerned about my mum’s comfort and asked if she’d like to move to the front next to him after our first stop-we were both very grateful for this. There were only 6 of us altogether and this meant we had a much more informal and relaxed day. The off-roading was particularly enjoyable and we saw/visited so many places during the day, the majority of which wouldn’t have been possible in a bus. The distillery and cork stops were really interesting and the drive through so many small villages was a great experience, accompanied by Paulo’s fab local knowledge. Great day out with tasty lunch and excellent value for money. Would thoroughly recommend for all ages (my mum loved it and she’s 78!) and many thanks again to Paulo for such an interesting and fantastic day out.
