Unleash your inner cowboy on a guided horseback ride into the Tabernas Desert. Stop along the route to learn about the natural environment, nature, geology, history, and cinema. On arrival at the ranch, be welcomed by the guide who will provide you with your equipment and introduce you to your horse. Once ready you will receive a short training session to get to grips with animal-friendly horse riding. Then, everyone will set off on a tour tailored to the participants' level, supervised by an instructor. Follow the "Desierto de Ley" route for an introduction to the desert. Venture out down the coast, spotting a number of coves and rock formation that are inaccessible by land and only visible from the sea. Navigate in and out of rocky caves. Get up close to sheer volcanic cliffs. Learn about the wildlife and geology of the natural park, one of most protected areas in Spain due to ecological, historical, anthropological, and geological significance.  Stop in a hidden cove in the marine reserve to go swimming before paddling back to the beach where you started.

Hop on your 4x4 and discover the landscapes of the Tabernas Desert Natural Park. Take in the sights of its rock formations caused by erosion, known as the “badlands” or wastelands.
