As an elderly visitor the fact that there is a lift was important. Level O has tea, coffee and some food as well as gifts. The whole place is amazingly well-designed and laid-out. The room with the impressionists is AWESOME.

Absolutely worth seeing. Large rooms, few visitors and therefore an absolute pleasure in art. We'd love to come back.

Easy access with the QR code on the app. I skipped a long queue and I didn’t have to wait until the time slot I’d booked

Would have been 6 stars if the 3rd floor hadn't been closed
