This place was declared Unesco heritage in 1997, together with the entire Amalfi Coast, it’s an unbelievable location, where the sea meets a river creating a charming and unique scenery. There’s another stop you can enjoy before spending some hours in Amalfi, the Emerald Grotto, nearby the Baia di Conca dei Marini, one of the gems of the Amalfi Coast. The name of the grotto represents the intense green color of its waters. It is possible to visit the grotto inside with a boat approximately (from 9.30 am to 4 pm), and discover its fantastic stalagmites, but you will have to buy the entrance ticket (7,00 € per person).
