Start your day with pickup from your hotel at approximately 8:00 AM. Drive west from Manaus for about one and a half hours until you reach the Ubin lake where your host will be waiting for you. Take a speedboat heading towards the jungle to begin a 2-hour trek. Learn more about Amazonian fauna and flora, medicinal plants, and jungle survival techniques.  From this walk, visit a project for the protection of pink river dolphins. To begin this 4-hour program, you'll be picked up at your hotel in Manaus at 07:30 and then travel by motorized canoe for a few kilometers to the jungle. When you arrive in the Amazon rainforest you’ll be met by an experienced guide who will lead you on an educational jungle walking tour for about 3 hours. During the walk the guide will teach you about medicinal plants and the trees of the Amazon rainforest. Then take a speedboat down the Amazon River to witness the Meeting of the Waters and a floating village.   You’ll be picked up from your hotel and drive to the historical center of "old Manaus." On a walking tour through town, notice the facades of the neoclassical buildings created during the rubber boom of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Visit the majestic Amazon Theatre opera house in the main square, and head to the market complex to see the three buildings known as the banana market, fish market, and municipal market. Check out the Rio Negro Palace, formerly a German rubber baron's residence that is now a museum. Next you will drive through the port and embark on a speedboat to witness the most impressive phenomenon of the Rio Negro and Amazon River, or Solimões River as it is called upstream, that run side by side without mixing their waters. We had an incredible experience in the Amazon! The night sleeping in the jungle was a particular highlight- enjoyed piranah fishing, Cayman spotting and all the exciting activities. Our tour would not have been the same without our guide, Conrad- He was AMAZING! So knowledgeable and really made such an effort, personalising our tour to make sure we got the most out of everything. Highly recommended him:)

The tour is definitely recommended. I saw a lot of the rainforest and was able to observe many wild animals. The activities were super interesting and very well organized. The guide was really great, very experienced and he explained everything very well.

Very nice experience, beautiful landscapes. Perfect organization, the guide being a native of the Amazon, made us discover many things. I highly recommend, one of the most beautiful experiences of my life.
