We had Lorenzo as our tour guide and we couldn’t recommend him more. We were late to our tour and he happily waited for us, gave us great directions and was such a friendly guy. A very interesting, fun and informative tour of Amsterdam's "dark" side. With Steffan we had a real stroke of luck, very humorous way peppered with many great little stories from our own experience or previous tours. The only drawback was that our booking was not reported to him, but we could prove everything on the basis of the documents. However, this should be the smallest problem, so the group was a little larger than expected but still very pleasant.
