I think the thing that was most important was the easy that we gained entry and the professionalism of all the staff. The Palace itself was well laid out and easy to navigate, we were lucky perhaps because it was not too busy, as the entrance areas for most rooms were very small ( ie allowing in a maximum of two) we were able to take pictures without rushing and holding others up.

There are two versions of the audio guide for the tour. A long version (60 minutes) and a version with the highlights (about 30 minutes). With children, the short version is sufficient. In the long version some things are repeated. Our 10 year old son got bored after a short time. Otherwise we found the tour interesting.

Loved the tour of the place and probably one of greatest digital tour audiobooks given in a museum. The palace is grand and you get to understand every part of it , while taking in the awe of what each room was used for or the meaning behind the decoration.
