Board a stable, state-of-the-art catamaran and spend a day filled with wildlife, glaciers, mountains, and more. See whales and glaciers in Resurrection Bay and learn the history of the region from your captain.

The cruise begins by searching for wildlife in the protected waters of Resurrection Bay. Whales, sea otters, and puffins are often sighted within minutes of leaving the harbor. The captain will provide information on the area's wildlife, glaciers, fjords, and history. Stop at one tidewater glacier that has frequent calving events, where giant chunks of glacial ice break off and crash into the water. A full bar is available for those wanting to enjoy local beers and glacier cocktails. Savor a deli-style lunch on board while you cruise.

Incredible experience. We lucked out with weather for sure. Within 20 minutes of departure, we were on several groups of Orca and got a lot of great videos and pictures. We saw mountain goat, sea lions, otters, porpoises and several bald eagles. Add to the the scenery and the up close look at the glaciers with an incredible staff and you can’t not have an incredible experience. Highly recommended.

The tour ended up going to the Aialik Glacier, stopping at places along the way for wildlife viewings. We saw orcas in Resurrection Bay, plus sea lions, a bald eagle, and, in the distance, a sea otter. We stopped for about 30 minutes to view the glacier, and it was a unique experience, listening to it as it cracked and boomed, and watching pieces fall into the ocean. We had a partially rainy day, but travelled in comfort in our seat inside the boat, which was large enough so that the swells on the sea did not cause any motion sickness. The crew was professional and enthusiastic, taking great pains to inform passengers about what we were seeing, and delighting in the experience. Highly recommended for those in the Seward area.

We had 4 days in Alaska and this was our last adventure of our trip! What an experience!! Well worth the money and the captain was so great and knowledgeable! We loved the lunch very good and the drinks were yummy! We saw so much wildlife, the whales were gone BUT we saw everything else. The glacier was awe inspiring and we were so lucky to have a beautiful day for our cruise!
