Prepare for the activity
Pick-up at any Anchorage hotel location. (Please note pick-up is not available from the Springhill Suites University Lake location). There is no pick-up service from AirBnB or Anchorage B&B locations. If you are staying at a one of these locations, your pick up will be 10:00-10:15am at the Visitors Center on F St. between 4th & 5th Avenue. It is still necessary to contact the tour operator at least 24 hours in advance for pick-up or you will be considered a no-show for the tour. Hotel pickup is at the main entrance, unless otherwise noted.
