The agency got in touch before we left and the problem was quickly resolved with a few phone calls and screenshots. The guide Luis is super friendly and the experience was worth every penny. The bus arrived on time at the agreed place that was clearly communicated. The guide was there even earlier. He spoke good English and had very nice stories that were also very nice to tell. I expected Caminito del Rey itself to be even more spectacular, but the tour was well organized. Very few toilets (and therefore long lines) at the entrance.

Spectacular landscape that I would recommend everyone to visit. Punctuality at departure and distribution by groups and Spanish / English guide. Pleasant guide knowledgeable about nature, but with sometimes superfluous and other inappropriate comments about experiences with other travelers who made a little past the stops. I bought for a small group of 8-10 people and direct entry, but our Spanish group was 17 and entry, on the other hand, took 1 hour. Very few restrooms for many visitors.
