Our guide Chen is really nice (I am not sure about his first name is Jamie or Jimmy). He speaks both English and Mandarin well, and this is good for understanding. Also, today’s trip was really well-organized. Although it’s an Easter Sunday, due to the reverse trip, we did not experience much queueing and crowding. Luckily, we encounter kangaroos, koalas and other native Australian animals along this trip. ( Chen will stop and wait us until we finish taking photos.) Chen is also very patient to everyone in the group. Most importantly, he is very professional, which represents in that he introduced the views all along the trip, which makes the time on the bus very interesting. He would not push us to buy things either, shopping or not only depends on yourself. He also provided time for us to sleep well with the soft music on when we get back to Melbourne city. Overall, I highly recommend this road trip and feel lucky to have Chen as our guide.

It was an amazing day. The coast is so beautiful, and we also saw some kangaroos and koalas! But the best of the trip was our guide Loraine, the best guide you can have in a tour, so thank you for all and keep doing it like this, you are awesome;)

An incredible day trip with a great company! Joe was our tour guide and was absolutely brilliant, he gave us lots of information on what we were seeing and cracked out lots of (terrible) jokes all day. Would highly recommend.

Worth every penny. Beautiful views, plenty of time at each stop, driver Ben was good fun and really went out of the way to give us a great experience. Highly recommend.

Everything was so good. The guide, Nick, was amazing. A long day, but worth it
