Our guide, Daniela, was helpful, charming and extremely informative. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and the insights she offered into Herculaneum. The only problem was with the emailed meeting instructions sent with a map and a pin from GetYourGuide - the pin was several hundred metres away from the actual location. The conflict between the pin and the described location caused us to be late and a little irritated at the time. If you’re going to use a dropped pin on a map (which, in principle, is an excellent idea then you need to make sure it’s in the right place!
