You’ll be treated to a typical Canarian dinner and you’ll be able to try different types of wines produced in this unique area.

Tour wasinteresting missed the sunset since we were still on the coach, the dinner was lovely in a beautifull bodega that sells its own wine. The stargazing took place in a small parking area beside a road, cars on the road have to use their full lights so can be very intrusive, wish we had moved a little further to avoid this. The guide was very knowledgable of the constellations and the cosmologicaal equipment used on the island. Overall it was a good experience for anyone interested in the universe, but dont be expecting to use any telescopes to get a closer look at anything, as we were they are not provided.

Discover the island that was the bridge to the discovery of the New World.

Mix up with pick up location meant we were collected late and only just met the ferry - stressful. The jeeps were over filled and we did not have an English speaking driver. Other than that the trip around Gomera was excellent and we enjoyed the day

Benefit from pick-up in the south of Tenerife, and then climb Mount Teide through the lovely local villages. Journey through a beautiful pine forest that provides precious water and arrive at an unforgettable plateau with a lunar-like landscape. Admire the UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the 12 Treasures of Spain from different perspectives. Get the chance to ride the cable car close to the summit, or relax and absorb the stunning scenery.

The tour was nice, there was a lot of useful information from the guide about the different volcanoes. The stops we took were long enough so we could take a lot of photos and even have a nice walk. The downside was that the trip to the national park is quite long in relation to the time spent there. A longer tour would have been nicer. On this tour most of the four hours were spent on the bus.

  • From South Tenerife: VIP Gomera Tour

    9. From South Tenerife: VIP Gomera Tour

Join this 9-hour 4-wheel drive tour and explore the island of Gomera in a different and fun way. Leave from Playa de las Américas in the south of Tenerife on the morning boat for San Sebastián de la Gomera. Get the luxury treatment in an exclusive area with free food and drink onboard. The island of Gomera has much to offer, including its stunning landscapes and its people, the incomparable Garajonay National Park and the history of the cultural heritage of the whistling language. You’ll have time to stop to enjoy a meal and to visit some of the island's picturesque villages. Discover the island that was the bridge to the discovery of the New World. Return to Tenerife by boat at the end of the tour.

The island of Gomera is absolutely stunning and the tour very enjoyable. There are plenty of stops for photo graphs and the mountain top restaurant picked for lunch has amazing views. The only thing I’d warn people about is this may not be the right trip for anyone with a fear of heights as not only are some of the roads used narrow with passing places there are a lot of tight corners when you see how close to the edge of a clog you are and how far down it is. This also applies to lunch as most tables are next to the floor to ceiling glass windows and it’s a very long way down.

  • From Playa de las América: Half-Day Jeep Safari Tour

    10. From Playa de las América: Half-Day Jeep Safari Tour

If you don't have time to visit everything while in Playa de las América then this tour may be the solution. Discover the Teide National Park during one morning and enjoy the beautiful route to the park. You will have enough time to explore the interesting places in this unique environment and still return to your hotel for lunch. Do not miss the experience to see the singular volcano that is incredibly unique.   Furthermore, during your ascent to the summit, discover the hidden face of southern Tenerife, entering its towns and most singular places. Drivers will be there for you during the route and will inform you at each stop about the visiting areas, offering you unique stories and interesting facts. Your are guaranteed to have a good time.

It is good if you prefer purely sightseeing tour with not too much info on the places. And better if you come with your own group of people (friends/families). Very little interaction with other tourists. They stops at lots of tourist centres for coffee and toilet breaks. Individual jeep driver cannot give explanation of what we are visiting at all. What happened was at every stop, they will gather all visitors from a few jeeps and one tour guide will give explanation of the places. The guy giving info is great. Group (combination of a few jeeps) is too big, I prefer smaller one for more personal interaction.

That was a beautiful day. I was picked up with 3 other people from Puerto de la Cruz. Then the way to the ferry. The Crossing and La Gomera. A beautiful island - green, juicy colors. Secret! Beautiful beaches - no tourists. Mostly locals! Even though I participated alone - I met some cool new people! Gaby's great guide! I bought a trip in English - the staff later offered me to join my mother group - even though I didn't see such an option on the website! Nice of them! Return to the site around 19/20. A day full of adventures! Most of the car - but there are stops. You can drink a cup of coffee on the way. Eat a good dinner. Better than the hotel's sunbed and pool! I recommend

Everything was quite amazing. Loved the island and the food was great. The only thing that made me sad was the fact we could not go to the Colón’s house and the church he last prayed before sailing to the new world.

It was all as expected and more (well, maybe the 4-language monologues were a bit odd but I guess that's the best way to keep everybody informed).

There was an issue that prevented me from finishing but it had nothing to do with the wonderful instructors

Very knowledgeable tour guide. The kayaking was tough at times but worth the trip
