To better understand the traditional way of making txakoli, you will board a 30-minute train to see villages inland of Lezama, where a minibus will pick you up to take you to a winery. The vineyards are visited and a tasting of different Basque Country wines is conducted under the direction of a txakolinero teacher to help you discover the culture of typical txakoli. You will also try traditionally prepared products such as txorizo, bread and cheese from the area. At the conclusion of your tour, you will be returned to your accommodation in Bilbao.

Worth to visit. A hostess who cooks well and gets the best out of the tour. Beautiful views and of course delicious wines tasted. The guide (Experia Norte) knew everything about the city. We got a lot of history.
