What people are saying about Art Gallery of Ontario

I wish I could live in AGO! Buy the annual pass if you live in Toronto

It was so great that if I lived in Toronto, I would have bought the annual pass to go there every single weekend, gaze at one piece of art for a full day, and come back next week for another one. If you are artsy, I highly recommend you plan at least half a day there. I went there 12 to 6, and my friends dragged me out of the gallery for dinner but I went back after dinner cause there was still a few rooms that I needed to explore. Next time, I plan to be there for a full day to be able to enjoy more guided tours, as you'll learn/enjoy much more when an expert explains tells the story behind the art.

Everything’s was great....except the Google buy a ticket function was Incompatible with AGOs ticket system. So it saved no time since you had to get in line with the folks who didn’t purchase tickets in advance.

Fantastic gallery. Just be aware that your GYG vouchers need to be exchanged for tickets, so you still have to get in line.

Worth every penny. The way the get you is that there is no way you can appreciate everything there in one day.

Wonderful museum. Very clean and lots of artifacts
