1. Santorini: A taste of Mediterranean Cuisine Dinner
You are picked up from your hotel by a mini van and shortly after a smooth ride you will arrive to one out of top ten restaurants in Santorini. Aroma Avlis is a new concept restaurant. Delicious tastes are gracefully paired with Artemis Karamolegos' wines in a wonderful yard offering fine views. Here you can choose from two menus and one Vegetarian menu. You may select Tomato balls and fava beans or eggplant salad and fava beans with crunchy bread pies. For starter, choose a beef fillet with Vinsanto sauce or fish fillet (sautéed or in the grill), or traditional garlic spaghetti or spaghetti with season’s vegetables and tomato sauce, lamp cooked in a traditional recipe from Crete (Tsigariasto) with fried potatoes or rooster in red tomato sauce with “skioufihta” (homemade pasta from Crete) for main course. Your meal is accompanied with 0.5 l wine (for two person). At the end, you enjoy a magnificent dessert.
