What people are saying about Atherton Tablelands

We had such an awesome time out on the river with the raging thunder crew! Our guide Jackie was a legend, entertaining and informative and so good at tailoring our experience so that our whole group enjoy every aspect. We loved how many opportunities there were to jump in the water and cool off and how many laughs we had, at the expense of ourselves and some of the other boats. We were all first timers and will now seek out every opportunity to go down rapids again, so much fun!

Very informative so much history across a wide range of topics in the one place. Make sure you give yourself ample time to see everything. Plus we were fortunate enough to visit on a day there were local live acts performing ‘Tin Pannikin Project’ Some great talent made for a lovely afternoon.

I love birds and enjoyed the experience interacting with two birds in particular. Breakfast included a wide variety of foods.

Nice relaxed breakfast meeting some very friendly birds and Koalas. Nice to do with family and not rushed or crowded.

So much fun. Would go again. Felt very safe for my partner who did it for the first time
