What a great way to see parts of Rome that we would have otherwise snot see. The Appian Way and Aqueduct park are truly amazing and beautiful. My family has people of all different fitness levels and ages and we could all do the tour just fine. The e-bikes were very easy to use and comfortable. Our tour guide, Alberto, was the best! He was so knowledgeable and passionate, and good with my kids.

Our driver “Luigi” waited for us as our flight was delayed by 45 minutes at the last minute. The 24 hour Get Your Guide staff helped us with letting the driver know about our flight being delayed. We landed at 5:00 pm after traveling for almost 18 hours and we’re so relieved to see our driver waiting. Luigi’s vehicle was a newer Mercedes, very clean, and comfortable. Thank you Luigi!

Driver was courteous and everything was as planned. Only confusion was meeting location - instructions said meeting location was "arrival lounge" but there is no clear one. Driver was standing outside terminal exit doors where all other transportation was available.

The driver was on time, and we were able to easily find him. The car was clean, comfortable, and fit all our luggage. I would recommend this service to other people looking for car services from the airport.
