Pick up was confirmed via What'sApp the day prior and was super flexible (we had to change hotels pretty last minute) - we were collected just 2 minutes down the road from our hotel with a mini bus. Drop off was just as flexible with the option to get off in the city center or any of the other points people were picked up from in the morning. All guides were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly.

For anyone thinking of doing this trip it does fulfil everything it says, commutable coach ( although be wary if you book a late time slot and they are not busy you'll get pushed to an earlier time , we went from 9am to 7 15 am , which kind of ruined the night before as we were up early. The salt mines were OK ,not spectacular really, well maybe one or two rooms , but it was included in the trip so happy we went . Traveling times are not bad , roughly an hour and 20 mins was the longest ride . Auschwitz ,well that needs no description, a must see to keep the memories alive of those that died and survived its horrendous past . So I do recommend this trip, comfortable shoes are a must , take snacks , water , suncream , also take pictures at Auschwitz , it will give you something to look at and remember,take pictures of any writing on information boards with pictures or just writing, theres so much information you can't take in whilst you're there, research names on the suitcases!

They pick you up at the scheduled time, and take you to see Auschwitz and the salt mines, the guides are very nice, and in Auschwitz they do everything with great respect and great tact. The buses are very comfortable, and they give you tips about the city and where you can eat and drink typical Polish things
