Excellent! Our driver spoke in english, being very friendly and answering. Our guide in Auschwitz was their museum guide but very very great and also did guide all that time with pride to victims. Guide also answer to everything and she tell us everything and also stories, so breathtaking. If you wanna have great experience, go with them!

We made the reservation for 8:45 am and the day before the time changed to 7:15 am which impacted our experience a little. The van was ok but people were all without masks which bothered us as we are in the middle of a worldwide pandemic. Julia, our guide in the van, was extremely helpful, congratulations. However the guide in the fields was a let down. He didn't show any kind of emotion and spoke in a monotone which had a negative impact on the experience. She ran the tour, didn't like questions and was unfriendly. Otherwise it was a very interesting experience.

Although my departure time was changed, the tour was excellent. Transport at the scheduled time without confusion and an excellent guide. However, there could be a longer lunch break between Auschwitz and Birkenau for lunch and some points the guide passed too quickly, it would be nice to have more time to absorb and look at things.
