Walk up to its spring – one of the biggest in Europe. Next, stop at Sénanque Abbey and take as many pictures as you want of this majestic 12th century Abbey which is surrounded by lavender fields. After the photo-stop at the 'belvedere', head off to Gordes, a hilltop village made of local dry stones and enjoy the market (on Tuesdays). Explore the Provencal village of Roussillon, and observe the houses, whose colors vary with the sunlight. The Provencal market on Thursday adds even more colors. This is where you will take your lunch break (not included). After lunch, explore the lavender fields. Fill your body with fresh lavender fragrance, take some pictures and have a look at a distillation operation during harvest.  Your final stop is the village of Sault, in the middle of a buco...

This was a great overview of some very picturesque sites in Provence. It was nice to have some flexibility to spend time where we wanted, to shop, and to get some great information about the local areas.

Our tour guide, Joanna, was great! Very knowledgeable, not only on the topic of Lavender (which was what the tour was about) but in general about the area, with historical and modern facts provided with engaging conversation throughout the tour.

Take some free time in Sault to wander the area, and experience shopping in lavender shops. Take the opportunity to taste local specialties such as the nougat produced in the village with lavender, honey, and almonds. Stop by a lavender producer during the distillation period to learn about all the process, and discover how to use the essential oil of lavender. Lovely tour! Great guide. We took amazing photos and enjoyed our time. I was surprised there is still a lot of sunlight on a cloudy day at 2pm. Book the full-day tour if you want all the time at the lovely Lavendar fields area & rustic town - I had to rush to make sure we got all the souvenirs but it was perfect since we only had a few days in Lyon.

WQe thoroughly enjoyed our time and found out so much about the region, the types of grapes they are allowed to use, all the rules they have to follow etc.... The actual wineries we went to for tasting were absolutely top notch and delicious!! The information on the region was very informative and the knowledge that the guide shared on the history of the area and the winery was a wonderful bonus. i highly recommend this tour and company!!!

Very nice and extremely informative tour with a very experienced guide who knows the answer to all questions about the region and the wine. The tastings were wholesome and give a nice insight into one of the top wine regions in the world.
