It turned out that it was the two of us and our guide, Frederick. He was extremely knowledgeable and gracious about sharing it. As we had just gone to the Pont du Gard the day before, he didn’t mind skipping that so we could spend more time in the other two places.

Overall, the trip was as described. We visited the stops on the itinerary and had time to explore on our own. The guide did not accompany us when we got out for the three stops, so he seemed more of a driver who could answer questions than a tour guide.

Our guide Fred was excellent spoke good English and was extremely well informed. He presented the information well and with humour. Not his fault, but the afternoon was too full with a stop in Nimes Uzès and Pont du Gard. Not enough time in each place and especially the P du G. We could have spent at least 2 hours here ( instead 35 mins). Organisers should re consider the structure of the tour. Or do a separate one just for Uzès and Pont du Gard.
