We received contact information from Kirana Tour the night before our booking. This had the name of our driver/guide, Mr. Turah, as well as his phone number. He arrived on time and we sat down to discuss where we wanted to go. He looked up all the distances to see which route would be best. Mr. Turah drove a comfortable van and spoke fairly good English. We loved the lunch spot he chose for us, with scenic views of a rice paddy. The food was good, too. This was a good value for the money. We decided to stop about 2 hours early because we were hot and tired. We were able to see the highlights, but I will say that we did not get much guidance. In hindsight, we would definitely skip the commercialized Tegalalang Rice Terrace and go to the further, more authentic one instead. Wish we had known how "Disney-like" it was. Would also do the swing at Gunung Kawi instead of at the rice terrace. Overall, a good experience.

our driver was Aji for both days, and he is so kind n really helpful with everything. you just need to tell him where you wanna go n he will plan ot all and take u everywhere patiently. Highly recommend this package as it's very convenient as well as worth every penny.

We Had a wonderful day out with our driver Ketut. Arrived prompt at 8.00 and asked what we wanted to do for the 10 hours. We had read up on a few places like the monkey sanctuary, temple and waterfalls. He then organised the day for us and took us to all these places and more. We went to silver and printing centres which were ok and different then onto all the places we asked for. He was very professional and happy to change plans as and when we wanted. TAking us for a Luwak coffee which my husband had always wanted to experience. We were not disappointed and Ketut our driver joined us and helped us understand the process. We learned a lot about life in Bali and there beliefs and traditions which was nice. We then asked Ketut to find us somewhere to have a light lunch which he did. Nothing was too much trouble and he always told us where he will be when we went to the various places. Would certainly recommend this services. 10/10.
