A lovely half day tour, was picked up in time 8.30 at the hotel in Sanur. Received confirmation email the day before the tour so everything was in order. Nice and competent staff. Beautiful, well-kept zoo with well-to-do animals. Feeding the elephants, which was really fun. Keep in mind that everything is much more expensive in there. We bought the tour with a lunch buffet excluding drinks, the food was good and the beer expensive. We were done a little earlier than we would, but it was just to call our driver and he came and drove us back. Highly recommended!

Our driver Ketut picked us up on time from our Hotel in Ubud. He‘s a really funny guy who is easy to talk to and can provide you with some information about Bali. The staff at the Zoo was really helpful and kind to us, we tried the Elephant feeding and Tiger feeding, you have to pay extra but it‘s worth it. And everyone‘s patient with you when taking picture‘s and stuff. Would recommend! :)

Everything worked out from start to finish! We were picked up on time from our hotel, that was even outside the specified places! We were greeted nicely at the entrance to the zoo and we had enough time to look at the zoo in peace. Goods were even 1 hour before finished as agreed and that was no problem for the driver! He then left us briefly at a small coffee and tea plantation, which was also worth seeing! I can only recommend this tour! Especially for families a great zoo with much offered for big and small :)
