I ordered the tour online at night at 23 pm and got my tickets right away. We took our own transport, we asked which ship was ours in the port and we got on without any problems with a small child of 1.5 years. When entering the ship, I showed the tickets on my phone and received paper tickets. Free meal included in the price upon presentation of the online ticket, very good with a choice of Dishes and salads plus a drink.

The first time I participated in learning snorkeling, the boat took us to three locations, about 20 minutes. The attentive coach also brought us fruit and mineral water. Blue waters, small fish roaming. If I have a chance to participate next time, I will come to Omega divers again! Thank you very much to the staff.

Cruise on 5/10, lots of people on the boat but we found room to sit easily. In view of the reviews, we had brought a picnic but there is plenty to eat and drink on board. Souvenir photo on arrival sold for €20 with a photo on 2 key rings and a magnet. It's kitsch but it makes a nice memory. The stop on Gramvousa deserves 30 more minutes to have time to enjoy the beach a little more.

Despite some ups and downs (unrelated to the excursion organiser), customer service found solutions for me so that I could still enjoy my excursion. In the end it was even better!

Wonderful boat trip from Kissamos to Balos lagoon and Gramvousa. Boat very comfortable. All went well with our booking. A great day out.
