    Immerse your senses in local food culture and follow alongside a local chef during this cooking class and tour in Barcelona. Walk through the colorful Ninot Market and pick up traditional groceries for your cooking class.

    Start your day with a delightful taste of traditional gourmet bites. Then, head to one of the best markets in Barcelona, Ninot Market. Recognized for its incredible variety of products and beautiful architecture.

    After the market tour, your chef will lead you through a hands-on cooking workshop where you'll learn how to cook proper paella to surprise your friends with your cooking abilities when you return home.

    Get all the most important tips on how to choose the best fresh ingredients and the way to cook them. Learn how to select the proper rice and create an authentic Mediterranean meal. 

    First, you'll make dessert: a rich and creamy crema Catalana (local custard dessert). Enjoy some local snacks while you prepare it. Then, move on to sangria and authentic paella with seafood, learning all of the tricks to make it taste amazing. Later, enjoy the paella you cooked for lunch.

    A great, fun tour. Really friendly & informative guide. There were only 3 of us on the tour, so we were able to tailor it to anything we wanted to see or do. Then the food!! So much delicious food to try from the markets & also cook ourselves. Manu, the chef was also really friendly and explained everything well. We were all foodies, so understood lots about the processes, but he gave us tips & showed us new ingredients to try. A great day in Barcelona!

    Loved our guided tour through the markets with Valerio and our chef Nuria made the whole experience so enjoyable. They were generous with the food and drinks - providing us with a nice sampling of local tastes and giving us the opportunity to try out some Spanish cooking.
