If you want to see it all in one day, this is the tour for you!

We had limited time in Barcelona and chose this tour as it packed in all the highlights that were important to us in one day. It was a perfect way to get an overview of this beautiful city, as well as the incomparable Montserrat. And we can not stress enough how lucky we were to visit Barcelona during the off season, as it seems that during the summer time all the main sites are unbearably crowded. Our tour guide was very friendly and did his very best to show us everything...his historical knowledge was a little lacking, but he definitely fulfilled the tour operator's promise to see it all in one day! The only down side was that by the time we did the walking tour of the Gothic Quarter, it was already dark outside, which made it hard to really see the buildings as well as we would have liked to. Overall, a great way to get a sense of Barcelona, but a more leisurely return visit is a must for us. :)

The tour was definitely longer and more encompassing than I thought- we got a great over view of the whole city with Luis and saw Monserrat and Sagrada Familia (ticket cost separate- would make more sense just to include it since we are going there anyway). I wasn’t expecting to do a short hike (1 hour) at Monserrat but the view was great.

Our guide was great, she gave a lot of information.

The guide was able to readjust quickly, given that the visit to the Sagrada familia was canceled at the last minute. Besides, I don't understand why you didn't tell us when booking this tour. We had to make another reservation quickly with another company for the next day = extra charge, which is disappointing, and a loss of half a day in a busy schedule.
