She gave us lots of interesting information about the history of the Duomo and was very patient and understanding with my slower pace climbing the steps. Veronica was calm, professional and caring when I needed extra time before climbing the last few steps and ensured that I was feeling okay before continuing with providing the remainder of the tour information at the top.
