Went with my girlfriend and didn’t know what to expect, but had read some previous reviews. It was really well done, perfect balance of a bit of history, seeing some sights and having a laugh. The tour guide was really engaging and got people involved in a not to cringey way! Would do it again in another location, interested in the York one next time. Definitely recommend. Getting to see the city at dusk and dark really allowed us to fully experience the city. The guide was amazing. While there was plenty of ghost tales, there was also a lot of information on the various unsavoury/ gruesome parts of baths history. So even if you are not interested in Ghosts, there is plenty to enjoy about this tour.

The tour began in front of the Abbey which was easy to find. Our tour guide was very welcoming and booked us in. Upon starting the tour, our guide told us facts and stories as we moved around the city locations, she remained in character throughout and was entertaining. A really great experience for my wife and I, great to see parts of the city we may not have seen. Very interesting facts that you wouldn't know unless you go on the tour. Well worth it and highly recommended.
